Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-submission service, which relays your enquiry to us by email. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law, or with your explicit consent.

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, where a client relationship begins, for the duration of that engagement plus any period required by UK tax and accounting law. Data from enquiries that do not lead to an engagement is deleted within a reasonable period once no longer needed.
